We are hiring a Landscape Installer Foreperson Trainee to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position designed for someone who wants to build a long-term career in landscaping, hardscaping, plant installation, and crew leadership.

What You’ll Do
- Assist with landscape and hardscape installation projects
- Work alongside experienced forepersons and supervisors
- Learn crew leadership, jobsite organization, and production management
- Install trees, shrubs, perennials, mulch, edging, drainage, sod, pavers, retaining walls, and other landscape features
- Identify common landscape plants, trees, and shrubs and understand proper planting techniques
- Learn plant spacing, grading, watering, and plant health best practices
- Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely
- Read and follow landscape plans and layouts
- Help maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites
- Communicate with team members and customers professionally
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Desire to grow into a leadership position
- Basic plant identification knowledge preferred
- Familiarity with common landscape plants, shrubs, and trees is a plus
- Reliable transportation and good attendance
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Landscape or construction experience preferred, but willing to train the right person
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
